Returns & Exchanges Overview

We want you to absolutely love your costume transformation! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessory Kits (if opened or used)
  • Adult Costumes (if tags are removed or packaging is opened)
  • Any items from Blind collections or mystery boxes
  • Personalized or custom-made accessories
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

Return & Exchange Process

Ensure all items are in original condition:
