Returns & Exchanges Overview
We want you to love your costume transformation! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessory Kits (opened or used)
- Adult Costumes (if tags are removed or packaging is opened)
- Any items from Blind collections or mystery boxes
- Personalized or custom-made accessories
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery
Return & Exchange Process

While we ship globally (excluding remote areas and parts of Asia), international customers are responsible for:
